What we collect on this website, why, and what we do with it.

Vibe Enterprise (vibeenterprise.ai) is the research and development lab of Aveniq and is operated by Aveniq, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Aveniq,” “we,” “us”). This is a marketing website: there are no user accounts, purchases or payments.
1. Information we collect
Analytics (collected automatically). Our own first-party analytics tool records:
- pages visited, time on page, scroll depth, clicks and links followed;
- browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language and time zone;
- the website or search engine that referred you, and campaign tags in the link;
- page performance timings;
- approximate country, derived from your IP address at the time of the request.
Session replay. To see where the site is confusing or broken, we record how pages are used: navigation, scrolling, mouse movement, clicks and which form fields are focused. We never record what you type into forms—only that a field was used.
IP address. Used at the moment of the request to estimate your country and filter out automated traffic. We do not store it.
Contact form. When you submit the contact form we collect your first and last name, email address and inquiry type.
2. How we use it
Only for internal business purposes:
- analytics, to understand which topics interest visitors and how the site performs;
- contact details, to respond to your inquiry.
We do not sell, rent, share or bundle this data, and we do not use advertising networks, social media pixels or cross-site tracking. We have no plans to change this.
3. Who receives it
Contact submissions are stored in our private database and emailed to the Aveniq team. Our hosting and email delivery providers process data only to run these services for us. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. Cookies
Our analytics use first-party cookies. The full list, and the controls to allow or decline analytics, are on our Cookie Notice.
5. How long we keep it
- Analytics and session replay: up to 24 months, then deleted automatically.
- Contact submissions: until we archive or delete them, or you ask us to.
- Cookies in your browser: see the Cookie Notice.
6. Security
Data is kept in a managed, encrypted database. Access is limited to authorized Aveniq staff, and data travels over encrypted connections.
7. Your choices
- Turn analytics off at any time on the Cookie Notice page, or block cookies in your browser. The site works the same either way.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your contact details by emailing [email protected].
- Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control: the site does not currently respond to these browser signals. Use the controls on the Cookie Notice page instead.
8. Visitors in the EEA and UK
If you visit from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, analytics cookies are used only after you agree to them, and you can withdraw that consent at any time on the Cookie Notice page. We process contact details on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. Email [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Your data is processed in the United States.
9. US state privacy rights
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know, access, correct or delete your personal information. Email [email protected] and we will not treat you differently for asking.
10. Children
This site is for business professionals and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the “Last updated” date above.
